Packet Sport is giving readers the chance to vote for their favourite sporting stories of 2019.
It has been another excellent year for local sport in west Cornwall, and this is your chance to give the Duchy's sporting stars the recognition their achievements deserve.
First up is the Team of the Year award. Here are the five nominees, with instructions on how to vote for your favourite at the foot of the page.
Penryn RFC
It was an excellent year for Penryn RFC, with the Borough strolling to the Tribute Cornwall/Devon League title to secure promotion back to the Western Counties West at the third time of asking.
Penryn lost just two of their 26 league games on their way to the title (and were unbeaten in 2019), and have continued that form into this season, winning seven of their 12 games so far this term, including a 31-17 win at Falmouth in the big derby.

Falmouth Town continued their resurgence in 2019, with their first Cornwall Senior Cup triumph since 1997 the highlight. Goals from Joe Cooper and James Ward ensured Town's comeback from a goal down to defeat Saltash United 2-1 in the final on Easter Monday.
Town were also losing finalists in the Walter C Parson League Cup and won four matches to reach the FA Vase third round proper for the first time since 2001.

Cornwall rugby
Cornwall bounced back from an awful 2018 County Championship campaign in the most wonderful of fashions, winning each of their four matches in 2019 to win the tournament.
The Black and Gold suffered a disappointing group-stage exit in 2018, but victories over Kent, Hertfordshire and Devon set up a trip to Twickenham for the showpiece match against Cheshire, with Seti Raumakita scoring a dramatic 87th-minute try to secure a 14-12 win and Cornwall's sixth County Championship title.

Penzance CC
Penzance's cricketers conquered all before them this year on their way to a fantastic quadruple of titles - including their first-ever Cornwall Premier League crown.
They started the season with victory in the inaugural Tribute T20 Kernow Crash, before winning both the Vinter Cup and WT Edwards Cup for the third year running, and subsequently reaching the regional finals of the national Vitality Club T20 competition.
But their superb season was completed with a maiden Premier League title, winning 17 of their 18 matches.

Helston Athletic under-18s
Helston's young Blues made history this year, becoming the first Cornish club to compete alongside the professional clubs in the first round proper of the FA Youth Cup.
The young Blues negotiated four qualifying rounds to set up a first-round tie at EFL League 2 side Forest Green Rovers.
They lost 5-0 to Rovers, who sit six divisions above Helston, but it was another slice of Cornish sporting history for the Kellaway Park club.
They also won the treble in Cornwall, winning the Kernow Youth League Premier League, League Cup and Rathbone Cup.
