TRURO City made top spot in the Southern League Premier South their own after beating Swindon Supermarine 1-0 at Treyew Road on Saturday.

Luke Jephcott's 36th-minute strike was enough to seal a third win from three games so far this season, with the White Tigers now the only team with a 100 per cent record intact.

Tiverton Town and Harrow Borough are two of three other sides to remain unbeaten this term. Anthony O'Connor was Borough's saviour for the second game running as he rescued a 1-1 draw at Hartley Wintney, after Mitchell Parker had put the hosts in front with an early penalty.

The Yellows ran out 3-1 winners at Walton Casuals despite being behind with 20 minutes to play. Cheyce Grant put Casuals in front, but goals in the final 20 minutes from Nick Grimes, River Allen and Jared Lewington secured victory for the Devonians.

Weston-super-Mare are the only other unbeaten side left after they picked up their first win at Hayes & Yeading United, following draws in their first two games. Joel Randall opened the scoring for the visitors before Elliot Benyon equalised, only for Ben Whitehead to net a 57th-minute winner.

Bilal Sayoud's injury-time goal sealed a dramatic 4-3 win for Met Police at Blackfield & Langley. The hosts had led 3-1 through Hisham Kasimu, Joshua Harfield and a Jeremy Arthur own goal, with Jack Mazzone's penalty in reply for Met Police. But the visitors turned it around in the last half-hour with goals from Hani Berchiche and Oliver Robinson before Sayoud's late strike.

Tobias Holmes and George Colson scored twice each as Salisbury enjoyed a 4-1 win at home to Dorchester Town. Thomas Bath replied from the spot for the visitors.

Matthew Wright also bagged a double as Taunton Town picked up their first points of the season at home to Chesham United. Harry Kite also scored for the Peacocks, with United replying through Eoin Casey and a Jamie Price own goal as Taunton ran out 4-2 winners.

Perry Coles continued the trend of scoring twice as his Farnborough side won 3-1 at Beaconsfield Town. Connor Cullen opened the scoring for the visitors, with Charlie Losasso bagging a late consolation for Town.

Poole Town won 3-0 at home to Yate Town. Joshua Leslie-Smith, Harry Baker and William Spetch netted for Poole.

Kieran Roberts' penalty rescued a 1-1 draw for Wimborne Town at Hendon after Matthew Harriott put the hosts ahead, while Ian Traylor scored the only goal of the game as Merthyr Town beat Gosport Borough.
