RUGBY fever is set to grip the nation tomorrow as England go head-to-head with South Africa in the World Cup final.

England are looking for their second men's World Cup triumph and are full of confidence after a superb 19-7 victory over tournament favourites New Zealand last weekend.

South Africa edged past Wales in the other semi-final and are seeking their first World Cup win since 2007, when they beat England 15-6 in the final.

The match, which is being held at the Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, Japan, begins at 9am UK time and the atmosphere is sure to be rocking across Somerset's rugby clubs.

Taunton Rugby Club (Hyde Lane, TA2 8BU) is open from 8am, with the bar open from 8.15am and the match shown on the big screens in the clubhouse.

Bacon and sausage baps are available and all are welcome.

The Wyvern Club (Mountfields Road, TA1 3BJ) is also showing the action and opens at 8am.

A full English breakfast, with unlimited tea and coffee, is priced at £6.75 - call 01823 284591 or email manager@wyvernclub.co.uk to book a spot.

Wellington Rugby Club (Corams Lane, TA21 8LL) opens its doors at 8.15am and are putting on a full English breakfast with a pint of Guinness (alternatives available) for £7.50.

The club are not taking bookings but you can register your interest on Facebook.

Heading out towards West Somerset, Wiveliscombe Rugby Club (The Recreation Ground, TA4 2TA) are opening up nice and early at 7.30am for their 'World Cup Big Breakfast'.

Breakfast will be served at half-time, costing £5 for adults and £3 for under-13s.

Further west, The Graham Lawrence bar will be open from 8.40am along with the big screen downstairs and the TV in the snug at Minehead Barbarians Rugby Club (Ellicombe Ln, TA24 6TR).

The Babas are doing a World Cup breakfast costing £6 for a large and £4.50 for a small - both include tea, coffee or orange juice.

It is Carnival day in Bridgwater tomorrow and you can set yourself up for the excitement to come at Bridgwater & Albion Rugby Club (Bath Road, TA6 4TZ).

Breakfast is being served between 8.30am and 10.30am for both rugby fans and carnival goers, with the game on in the clubhouse.

Over 30 carnival clubs are using the club's facilities prior to the day's events - a carnival atmosphere is guaranteed.

North Petherton Rugby Club (Beggars Brook, TA6 6NW) is opening at 8.30am to show the game and provide breakfast for fans.

Further up the M5, Burnham-on-Sea Rugby Club (Stoddens Road, TA8 2BS) are putting on a cooked breakfast for £5 with the game on a big screen in the clubhouse.

Doors open at 8.15am and supporters are urged to turn up in good time to guarantee a table.

In South Somerset, Chard Rugby Club (Essex Close, TA20 1RH) open their doors at 8am, with the game showing live and the bar open from 10am. A cooked breakfast is also available.
