Hayle Runners quartet Philip Johns, Mike Baldwin, Clare Hughes and Debbie Mitchell at the Poldhu 10k
Some Hayle runners enjoyed an evening out on the Coastpath last Thursday by participating in Freedom racing’s Poldhu 10k near Mullion.
A slightly misty and overcast evening made perfect running conditions for the runners and feedback was that of a well organised race with stunning scenery throughout.
Leading the team home was Philip Johns with a three-minute personal best on last year's time, followed by Clare Hughes, Debbie Mitchell and Mike Baldwin.
