EXETER Chiefs prop Ben Moon, formerly of Taunton Rugby Club, made his Six Nations debut as England cruised past France at Twickenham on Sunday afternoon.

Moon came off the bench in the 44th minute, replacing the injured Mako Vunipola in England's front row.

Having been 30-8 ahead at half time, the hosts added another couple of tries after the break to secure a 44-8 victory, their second win of this year's Six Nations.

Moon, who made 25 appearances for Taunton in the 2007/08 season, put in nine tackles as England saw out the win in confident fashion.

He will hope to be involved in the squad once again as Eddie Jones' side face a potentially decisive match against Wales - who have also won both matches so far - in Cardiff on Saturday, February 23 (ko 4.45pm).
