BIG-HEARTED residents in Bridgwater turned out for the Reindeer Rush 5k at 1610 Trinity Sports & Leisure at the weekend to raise funds for the 1610 Charity of the Year the British Heart Foundation.
A total of 65 runners sporting Santa hats raised £382 for the charity in this popular event which demonstrates the true spirit of Christmas.
Eight children, one baby and two dogs were among those who took part in the fun run around Bridgwater, one of a series of fundraising activities which 1610 hosts throughout the year to raise money for this important cause.
