CHARGED: A 26-year-old woman has been charged with drink driving following a crash in Berrow
A WOMAN has been charged with drink driving after a car crashed into a front garden in Berrow.
Police were called to Coast Road in Berrow on Sunday, June 23 at around 1am following reports of a crash.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police, said a 26-year-old woman has been charged with drink driving following the incident.
"Lauren Sheppard of Dynea Road, Rhydyfelin in Pontypridd, was arrested following a single vehicle road traffic collision on Coast Road, Burnham-on-Sea at about 1am on Sunday, June 23," the spokesman said.
"On July 18 she will appear at Taunton Magistrates Court charged with driving a motor vehicle while above the drink drive limit."
