Crash near Chiverton Cross
A PREGNANT woman has been taken to hospital after a car crash this morning.
Police were called to the A3075 at Chiverton Cross at around 8.45am, with reports of a vehicle on its roof.
The pregnant woman was taken to hospital by ambulance, while a boy is understood to have received minor injuries.
The road is closed at the junction to the B3284 while the vehicle is recovered.
Police are asking drivers are asked to avoid area if possible.
UPDATE: The road has now been reopened and traffic has returned to normal in the area.
