A PARADE led by Falmouth mayor Steve Eva marked St Piran's Day this morning.
A parade and dance from schoolchildren, dancers, acts and Falmouth Marine Band began at The Moor and headed to Prince of Wales Pier.
The children, bedecked in Cornish costumes and carrying props, continued along Killigrew Street and back to The Moor, before enjoying refreshments whilst hearing the story of St Piran in Wesley Hall.
A performance from Singing Trelawny brought the curtain down on the morning of celebrations.
