A HELSTON man has denied disclosing a private sexual image of a woman.
Kieran Nigel Cocks, aged 28, of Cades Parc, pleaded not guilty to a total of four charges at Truro Crown Court today.
Three of the charges allegedly took place on February 8:
* At Helston he allegedly disclosed a private sexual photograph or film without consent of the victim, an individual who appeared in the photograph or film, with the intention of causing that individual distress
* At Falmouth he allegedly drove a Vauxhall Astra dangerously in New Street
* At Falmouth he allegedly attempted to unlawfully and maliciously cause grievous bodily harm
The fourth offence of assault allegedly took place on February 2.
Cocks, who appeared via video link from Exeter Prison, will stand trial on June 15.
