A DRINK DRIVER from Porthleven has been banned from the roads for 12 months.
Thomas Stephen Paris, aged 27, of Park An Daras, admitted committing the offence in a Ford Fiesta on November 17 in Threemilestone.
He had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He was fined £415 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £41 victim surcharge.
A TEENAGER has been disqualified for 20 months after being twice the legal drink-drive limit.
Jack Hooper, aged 19, of Forth Scol, Illogan Highway, admitted committing the offence on November 13 in a Renault Scenic on Church Road, Pool.
He had 70mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
COCAINE was found in the system of a driver from Truro.
Nathan Owen Juleff, aged 25, of Trelander East, admitted having the class A drug in his system when driving a Honda Civic on May 30.
He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance.

Richard Michael John Medlin, aged 47, of The Laurels, admitted driving a blue Volkswagen Caddy in Coronation Terrace, Truro, with 76mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He was banned for 20 months and fined £250. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

A PRAZE woman has admitted drink driving.
Jessica Nicole Sharman Smith, aged 24, of Fore Street, committed the offence in a Seat Ibiza in East Hill, Camborne, on August 5.
She had 136mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of urine, which exceeded the prescribed limit.
She was banned for 12 months and fined £120. She was also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.
A TRURO man has to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work after driving whilst disqualified.
Timothy Jack Wills, aged 29, of Carrine Way, admitted committing the offence in a maroon Ford Focus at Mount Ambrose, on July 24.
He also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance.
He was banned from the roads for a further 12 months an ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
