A SEX offender has received a suspended prison sentence from Truro magistrates.
Charlie Richard Luxon, aged 46, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the notification requirements as provided by the Sexual Offences Act 2003, when he appeared in court on Monday.
Without reasonable excuse, he failed to notify an address or being no fixed abode within the prescribed time limits - September 4 and 5 - in Camborne.
He was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months and the reason for custody was because of his previous convictions.
He was also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
