A date has been set for Tonkin's crown court appearance
A Falmouth man is facing five charges alleging that he raped and attempted to rape another man.
Jamie Michael Alan Tonkin, 21, of High Street, is charged with committing several offences between September 26 and October 30, 2016.
The case will be dealt with in Truro Crown Court where Tonkin is due to appear on Tuesday, September 24.
