A man who had been missing since Saturday has been found by a police helicopter.
Les Finch had last been seen at Praa Sands at around 10.30pm on Saturday.
Originally from Essex, he had been staying with family on holiday, but when he failed to catch a train as planned on Monday morning his family launched a desperate appeal on social media for help in finding him.
The post was more than 1,100 times.
Police also issued an appeal for help this morning, saying Mr Finch's family were "eager to locate him due to ongoing health issues."
Now his son, Simon, has given an update in the last few minutes saying: "My dad has been found by police helicopter. He is alive [but we are] not sure what condition he is in at moment.
