The main road between Falmouth and Truro has been partially blocked this morning due to a crash.
It follows a collision on the road between Playing Place and the Carnon Downs Roundabout.
Traffic sensors are still showing slow traffic on the A39, which was partially blocked in both ways.
The problem was made worse through a combination of increased volume of holidaymakers and weekend traffic.
However, motorists have reported travelling to Truro in the last half an hour without any issues.
There are also problems on the trains, with Great Western Railway running a replacement bus service between Truro and Falmouth Docks due to a signalling problem.
