Police have issued an appeal for information in a bid to reunite a distinctive bicycle with its owner in Redruth.
The all-black BMX was stolen from an area close to the town centre in Drump Road, near to a derelict property which has burnt down.
The theft took place at around 3.45pm on Tuesday, July 9.
The bike is very distinctive as it has been built and customised by its owner. It is painted all-black with no visible markers.
The cycle’s front tyre has "United" written on it and the seat is damaged.
A number of schoolchildren were seen in the vicinity at the time and police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the theft.
If anyone has witnessed the theft or knows of the current location of the bike they are asked to call 101 and quote CR/061783/19.
Alternatively they could call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
