A driver mounted the pavement and collided with a wall in Western Terrace this morning.
The incident took place on the approach to the pedestrian crossing near the rugby club roundabout at around 10.36am today (Wednesday May 15).
Two pedestrians rushed over to the car at the scene of the accident to help the driver.
No other vehicles are thought to have been involved.
