UPDATE: All lanes reopened just after 5.25pm, but there are still delays.
A car and a boat have reportedly overturned near the Playing Place roundabout.
The A39 is closed going both ways.
Two vehicles were involved in a collision, one of which was towing the boat.
Traffic is very slow going towards both Falmouth and Truro, and motorists are advised to take different routes if possible.
