For the cost of just one ticket per adult, the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro is offering families a week’s worth of activities during February half term.

Sessions include Messy Monday from 11am to 3pm, make and takes on Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 1pm and daily family trails. Face to Face, a new exhibition that explores how the human face has been a constant source of inspiration for artists and makers throughout history, will also open that week.

"The range of activities we have planned is fantastic - from a Messy Monday Playful Portraits session to an opportunity to make collage portraits inspired by the Face to Face exhibition on Wednesday, February 20, and Thursday, February 21," said Marketing Officer Nicki Foley. "As well as these specific events, there are many immersive activities to be enjoyed using our discovery and sensory backpacks.”

Entry to the museum is free for children aged 16 and under who are accompanied by an adult and, during half term from February 16 to 24, the £5.50 activity pass can be used all week. Members, annual pass holders, Museum Association members, Cornwall Heritage volunteers and those with a National Art Pass are entitled to free admission.
