MECHANIC Broderick Rice has been named as the second victim of a head-on crash after a police chase in Taunton on Saturday night.
Mr Rice, 32, also known as Ricky, was driving his maroon Ford Escort on the A38 towards Taunton when he was involved in a collision with a white Honda CRX driven by 34-year- old Wellington chef James Alexander Dunn.
