A ROBBERY took place in the centre of Taunton this afternoon (Monday).
The raid was on the DJ Moor Second-Hand Antique Jewellery shop in St James Street.
Police cordoned off the area after recieving a call at 4.13pm.
It has not yet been confirmed whether the robbery involved the use of weapons or whether there were any casualties.
