ILMINSTER Town are beginning to show that they have the potential to be challenging for honours at the end of the season in the Somerset County League Division Two.
They showed a great deal of patience and resilience to overcome a physical Imperial outfit at the Recreation Ground on Saturday.
Player-manager Darren Manley was pleased with his side's display. "It was a good all round performance against a physically strong side," he said.
"We have made a much better start to the season this year and I feel we have every opportunity of building on this early success."
