TAUNTON is the focus of attention next Wednesday as part of West Country Crimestoppers Week.
The charity's Postavan will be plugging the work of Crimestoppers at the bottom of High Street from 12noon until 3.30pm and a total of 2,000 leaflets will be distributed to members of the public.
The main emphasis of this year's initiative is on youth and the more vulnerable members of society. If you call Crimestoppers, you will not be asked your name, your call is free and you may receive a cash rewards.
