THE Rose and Crown pub in Bower Hinton will be awash with activity this weekend as it holds a three-day fundraising campaign in aid of the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign.
All the fun starts tomorrow (Friday) evening when there will be an Ann Summer's Party for the ladies and a Scaletrex competition for the men.
On Saturday the pub will be decked out in the awareness campaign's colour of pink and 'if you wear something pink you will get a free drink.'
From around 8pm there will be the hilarious spectacle of pig racing in the pub, plus a night of karaoke singing.
And on Sunday there is all day fun and games with an Easter bonnet parade for the children, as well as a colouring competition, guessing how many sweets there are in a jar, and face painting.
A quiz will take place on Sunday at 9pm and there will also be a grand draw where the prizes have been donated by local businesses and organisations.
Throughout the three-day fundraising blitz there will be skittles, darts and pool competitions for people to get involved with.
All money raised from the extravaganza will be donated to the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign.
