THEY forgot to tell the players that Guy Fawkes was a couple of weeks ago because this Jolly's Combination League clash at Kellaway produced some cracking fireworks.

Not that those sort of antics pleased Helston manager Kevin Goldsworthy who was very disappointed with his team's performance against Mousehole.

The Blues had two players sent off and just before the break a spectator got on to the ground following an incident which sparked a massive melee amongst the players.

Referee Jack Rosenfeld had the task of sorting out the problem and restoring order to a game that didn't suggest it was going to get out of hand.

Rob Eddy was the first to be sent off for violent conduct after allegedly stamping on a player and early in the second half Craig Firth joined him for a bad foul which also earned a straight red card.
