SEVEN mobile classrooms, a number of which have been classed as unsafe, are to be demolished at Kingsmead Community School, Wiveliscombe, this summer.
They are being taken down to make way for a new seven-classroom block, to be built behind the main school building.
A planning application for the work was put in to Taunton Deane Council at the end of last month, and as long as there are no objections from the public consultation, work is expected to get underway in August.
