YOUNGSTERS cleared hedgerows near their school of litter -- before starting lessons this week.
Armed with plastic gloves and rubbish sacks, the children of Dunster First School's healthy lifestyles club, the DASH Club, started work at 7.45am to clear the verges and hedgerows of the old A39 between Dunster and Minehead of litter.
The DASH Club, which stands for Do Activity and Stay Healthy, meets before school three mornings a week to learn about healthy eating and take part in a range of fitness activities.
