FORMER Avon and Somerset Chief Constable Steve Pilkington was awarded a CBE in the Queen's Birthday honours list last Saturday.
Chris Clarke, the one-time LibDem leader of Somerset County Council, received a knighthood.
And magistrate Dr Julie Ruth Richardson was made an MBE for service to the administration of justice in Avon and Somerset.
