WHEN playing music in pubs and other similar establishments where binge drinking takes place governors should be fitted to regulate the noise levels of the equipment producing the music.
If customers cannot converse because they cannot hear each other they will probably drink more.
Surely the primary reason for going out is to meet and talk with friends, but with the noise level this becomes impossible.
