AN exclusion zone has been set around Smeatharpe airfield to stop illegal raves while the Glastonbury Festival, which starts tomorrow.
The zone, covering a five-mile radius across the Blackdown Hills and East Devon, has been set up under police powers as part of the public order act to arrest anyone organising unauthorised events in the area.
