TRAFFIC congestion can be expected in Truro from next week as work begins on the Treliske roundabout.
A new traffic signal controls to improve the efficiency of the roundabout for traffic leaving the hospital site in the evenings will be put into operation when work is complete.
The work will involve some temporary lane closures on the approach roads and/or the roundabout itself for the duration of the works which are expected to take a minimum of five weeks. The lane closures are necessary to maintain the safety of the public and the work teams.
