MINI bikers are concerning police in Minehead.
The children, riding mini motorcycles, are riding around the town's streets without helmets or licences.
Police have reminded parents the machines are classified as motor vehicles by law and must be taxed, licensed and insured, and riders must wear helmets.
Advice on the law covering the bikes can be obtained at police stations.
