SEDGEMOOR District Council is investigating Burnham Holiday Village after angry residents claimed the camp was expanding its caravan site without planning permission.
The Marine Drive resort began increasing the size of its caravan site last year by building over the 18-hole-pitch-and-putt golf course, and its plans to start the second phase of the development this November.
