POLICE have arrested a wanted man following an appeal carried on our County Gazette and Chard and Ilminster News websites.
Earlier this week, Avon and Somerset Police put out the appeal for anyone seeing or knowing where Luke Hansford was to contact the force.
In particular they warned he had links to the areas of Glastonbury, Martock, Street and Yeovil and warned anyone spotting him to call 999.
Hansford was wanted "in connection with an ongoing investigation into a case of harassment".
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said he was arrested yesterday (Thursday, February 8) and thanked everyone who had shared the appeal.
