ANOTHER case of coronavirus has been confirmed at New College.
The Adver has seen an email to parents explaining the situation which was sent out this evening.
It reads: "There has been a single confirmed case of Covid-19 within the student population at Queens Drive, New College.
"This case has been investigated and no link has been found to the case we informed you of on Monday."
The first case concerned a staff member at the college and is unrelated to the new case which concerns a student.
The email added: "We are continuing to monitor the situation and are working closely with Public Health England.
"Please be reassured that for most people, coronavirus will be a mild illness.
"The college remains open and, providing you and your young person remain well, they can continue to attend college as normal.
"We will keep this under review."
