A rock thrown through the window of a house in a late night attack is being treated as "racially motivated".

Police say the rock was thrown at around 1.15am on Saturday, on Carew Pole Close in Malpas, Truro.

Around the same time, the tyres of a white Audi car parked nearby were slashed and its bodywork scratched.

Police would now like to hear from anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage of the Malpas area around the time of the incident, which they said was "being treated as a racially motivated attack."
