I HAVE recently discovered the beautiful Castle Neroche and it's wonderful walks and scenery.

What a pity the whole scene is spoiled by doggie poo bags hanging from trees and along the paths.

Would it not be better not to bag it and just kick it into the undergrowth where it would decompose naturally?

Food waste and packaging littered the car park, together with drink bottles and cans.

Then, to cap it all, dirty nappies cast in all directions.

I can understand why waste bins are not provided as it is a remote location and the cost of daily collections would be prohibitive.

Is it too much to ask people to take their own waste home and dispose of it there? They bring it so there must be room in their cars to take it home!
