THE rise in confirmed coronavirus cases has continued in three of Somerset's four districts.
A new case was recorded in the latest 24-hour period in each of the three patches according to the latest figures published by Public Health England.
The fresh cases in Somerset West and Taunton, Sedgemoor and South Somerset take the total to 698 across the Somerset county council area.
But there were again no new confirmed cases in Mendip in the period to 5pm on Sunday.
Of the four districts, Somerset West and Taunton has had 256 cases; Sedgemoor 195; South Somerset 184; and Mendip 63.
