The latest coronavirus cases confirmed in your district
PUBLIC Health England has revealed the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in each district in Somerset.
A total of 216 have been logged in Somerset West and Taunton; 154 in Sedgemoor; 149 in South Somerset; and 52 in Mendip.
The Somerset West and Taunton figure is for the patch covered by the merged district councils of West Somerset and Taunton Deane.
There have been 59 deaths in the county from Covid-19.
The total across the UK now stands at 223,060, while a total of Covid-19 related 32,065 deaths has been recorded in hospitals, care homes and the community.
Of the individual nations, England has recorded 136,873 cases, Scotland 13,627, Wales 11,468 and Northern Ireland 4,149.
