AN ORGANISATION which supports the city’s professional services community has recruited two new board members.
York Professionals has welcomed Simon Hudson, managing director of The Soapy Group, and Paul Yeomans, vice chair at York Mind, to its team of directors.
The body represents the professional services economy in key sectors including business support, charity, creative and digital, finance, legal, marketing, people and property.
Working alongside partners, it supports economic growth by helping to position York as a leading centre for international business and enterprise.
Chair Michelle Mook said the duo brought expertise, strategic insight and enthusiasm.
A new interactive website has also been unveiled to give York Professionals and members a stronger profile.
Michelle thanked Anne Taylor and the team at See Green for working on the new website. "This is a fantastic achievement and we simply couldn’t have done it without them.”
