SALISBURY City Council has announced that a number of events have been called off due to the virus outbreak.
It says that, following government advice, all events until May 31 will not go ahead.
This includes:
- French Market
- Car Boot Sundays
- Salisbury Street Sellers
- Teenage Market
- St George's Day Car Fest
- Street Food Monday
However, it adds that they hope to rearrange the date for this year's Car Fest.
Salisbury Charter Market will also still be running every Tuesday and Saturday as normal to give people the chance to pick up their weekly essentials.
A spokesperson said: "We are very disappointed to cancel these events and apologise to everyone who is effected by these changes."
