TAUNTON'S only cinema has closed its doors as Covid-19 continues to spread throughout the country.
Yesterday (March 16), Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged people to avoid public places such as bars and theatres in a bid to slow the spread. In response to this, bosses at the cinema giant has confirmed its locations will be closing.
A spokesperson said: "Following government guidelines ODEON cinemas are closed until further notice.
"If you have pre-booked tickets online, these will be refunded automatically.
"We look forward to welcoming you back soon."
