Today marked the annual Celebration of World Book Day, where schools in and around Cornwall joined millions of children dressing up as their favourite characters, from novels over the years.
World Book Day is now in its' 23rd year, and you've been sending us your wonderful photos of imaginative costumes throughout the county.
The main aim of the event is to encourage children to explore the joy of books and reading by providing them with the opportunity to have a book of their own.
