A 44 year-old drink driver has been disqualified.

Robert Andrew Frost, of Tresavean House, Lanner, admitted committing the offence in a Vauxhall Vivaro on November 24 in Hayle.

He had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.
