EVERYBODY buying one of these burgers in a Taunton fast food restaurant will be helping bring some cheer to children spending Christmas in hospital.

Bare Grills smokehouse, in Bridge Street, has pledged to give all the proceeds from a special festive burger to buy toys and games for young patients at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

The Baby Bare burger consists of hand-pressed beef patty, bacon, cheese, burnt brisket ends, lettuce and tomatoes and costs £8.

It is on the menu at the Taunton Bare Grills and those in Weston-super-Mare and Bristol.

The proceeds from all the burgers sold will help buy items on a wishlist supplied by the hospital and include items such a portable speakers, family board games, colouring equipment and toys.

Bare Grills director Vas Kimitri said: "Every year we like to do a little something for those less fortunate than ourselves.

"Last year it was the foodbank and this year we wanted to help children in hospital at Christmas.

"Every penny from every burger sold will go to the appeal.

"Hopefully we'll be able to afford to buy a lot of presents for the children."
