A MAN has been arrested and police are appealing for witnesses after a 'racially aggravated' incident in Taunton.
The incident happened at around 5.15pm on Friday, November 15.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson said: " We’re appealing for witnesses to a racially aggravated public order offence in Taunton.
"A woman in her 20s was verbally abused by a man during a dispute over parking on Leycroft Road.
"A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains on police bail.
"Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5219264877."
