THE holidays are still coming – but Bournemouth won't be visited by the famous Coca-Cola Christmas truck this year.
The vehicle has visited the town centre for the past eight years as part of its festive tour. In both 2017 and 2018, it has stayed in Bournemouth for two days.
However, this year, the town isn't included on the truck's list of stops. Instead, the nearest destination to us will be Portsmouth.
The arrival of the truck has heralded the start of Christmas for many for a number of years.
In previous years, visitors were able to have their picture taken alongside the truck and get a free can of Coca-Cola.
Hundreds of people went to Pier Approach last year to see the vehicle.
