Warrington Wolves first Bonfire Night fireworks display went off with a bang last night, Tuesday.
Fans enjoyed a wide range of live music and entertainment before the evening culminated in what organisers said would be the north west’s biggest and most spectacular fireworks display.
Warrington Guardian Camera Club member Michelle Wailes captured these stunning images from outside the ground of the fireworks lighting up the town.
Outside the ground, Chadwick Funfair Company provided an assortment of rides for youngsters with stilt-walkers, fire-breathers and face painters also in attendance.
Wolfie was also among the crowds as well as Peppa Pig, Fireman Sam and Olaf the snowman.
Tony Marsh captured this shot of the Moon behind the fireworks
