A CRASH on the A303 between a lorry and a car is causing delays.
The incident happened at around 1.30pm at the Eagle Tavern, near Buckland St Mary, and the eastbound carriageway is partially blocked near the Newtown junction.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue says it is on the scene and urged drivers to avoid the area if possible.
Elsewhere, drivers are also facing delays of up to 40 minutes due to congestion on the M5 motorway.
