Taddan Benjamin Cornall, 26, of Barrington Way, Wellington, drink driving, four weeks prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months, 12 weeks curfew, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, 48 months driving ban; driving while disqualified, 14 weeks prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months, 12 weeks curfew; driving without insurance, no separate penalty. Haley Anne Stratford, 36, of Trevor Smith Place, Taunton, caused unnecessary suffering to a cat, £291 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £300 costs. (G).
